What is your dress code?
Our dress code is smart and elegant (smart casual). We kindly ask guests not to wear sports, beach and gym-wear including tracksuits, flip flops/sliders or workout trainers. Caps and hats may be worn on the terrace. Right of admission is reserved.
What are your age restrictions?
Under 18’s are not permitted in the bar or outside terrace.
Do you allow pets?
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets to The Duchess.
Do you have a standing area?
Due to fire safety regulations, we restrict our capacity to seated guests only.
Do you accept cash & all cards?
We accept cash and all major credit cards, including American express.
Is the outdoor terrace covered?
The terrace is covered. In the event of poor weather, you may continue your experience at the closed section of the terrace.
Do you have disabled access?
The 6th floor can be accessed via lifts located inside Matild Cafe. The outdoor terrace does not have disabled access.
